The four-eyes principle

Quality assurance is carried out by our highly motivated team. Specialized employees work according to the four-eye principle with the assistance of various control technologies. In this context, the quality assurance department works with coordinate measuring machines with scanning functions and uses CNC-controlled optical measuring microscopes, which automatically monitor and check each separate working step during the manufacturing process. Possible errors are thus recognized from the very beginning, before further working steps are carried out.

We also remain true to our style in quality policy matters and continually invest in the latest generations of means of measurement. In addition to manual and automatically driven optical measuring apparatus, we check the quality of our machined components with highly precise CNC-driven coordinate measuring machines with tactile and scanning measurement probes.
