Our deliverables and services are more than just the product quality of complex milled and turned parts With us you get everything from one source: from planning and consultation, including prototypes down to series production with subsequent cost-optimized warehousing and stock management (Kanban, consignment stock).

Complex and sophisticated processes

With our efficient planning system we have succeeded in planning capacities for prototypes and series processes of up to 100,000 pieces and delivering them on time. Our enterprise resource management system, SAP Business One, enables us to collect any and all operational data live from the production floor and enables us to check the production status at any time. As part of Industry 4.0, our tracking processes are seamlessly visable by means of our IT infrastructure. With the services portfolio that we offer, we can accompany our customers on their path to long-term success.

As a systems supplier with decades of experience in machining complex parts, we go beyond pure job order production. By a near-to dual capacity volume of approx. 50,000 production hours per year in turning and milling, we are optimally equipped for your needs. That is also true for surface finishing and heat treatmentwhere we rely on our long-term partnerships with our certified suppliers.
